Sierra Smith is our FBC Office Manager.
Sierra Smith has served on staff at First Baptist Church Franklinton, since 2016. She began as an administrative assistant and has faithfully supported the church in a wide range of roles over the years. As Office Manager, Sierra oversees day-to-day operations, designs and produces all printed materials, and helps ensure the church office runs efficiently and with excellence.
Sierra and her husband, Ryan, have been married for 14 years and live just outside the Franklinton area, where they enjoy farm life and raising their cattle. They are blessed with three children and are the proud parents of Blaize, Madison, and Brody. In her spare time, Sierra enjoys reading, painting, and creating art.
Sierra carries with her the promise of Joshua 1:9: “Be strong and courageous…for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” This verse guides her heart in ministry and in daily life as she serves the church with joy, compassion, and steadfast faith.
